To accelerate and streamline our path to SOC 2, we partnered with Thoropass—the leader in Trust Management. Their platform automated evidence collection, integrated directly with our systems, and helped embed a security-first mindset across the company.

Our Process

SOC 2 can be complex, but with the right partners, we made it straightforward:

• Thoropass integrated with our existing tools, helping us implement the necessary policies and technical controls.

• Once we were audit-ready, Thoropass's partnered audit team assessed our systems over the audit period and issued our SOC 2 Type II report shortly after completing their review.

This end-to-end process confirmed that our controls are not only well-designed but consistently operating to protect customer data.

Timeline & Planning

Achieving compliance took focused planning and close collaboration across teams. The longest phase was preparing for the audit, but by aligning early, assigning clear ownership, and working backward from our target date, we went from kickoff to certification in just a few weeks.
